Refund policy

We have an "All Sales Are Final " policy, which means we do not accept returns or exchanges on ANY item.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Damaged product claims must include a video unboxing the items.

ANNIGRC is not responsible for merchandise once in the possession and transit of the shipping merchant. However, we will provide support and assistance in filing insurance claims for damaged items in transit.


Cancellations/Refunds
Orders must be cancelled within 24 hours of placing your order by sending a written request to Orders@annigrcshop.com. Orders that are cancelled will receive a refund to the original payment method minus a processing fee of $25.00 USD. 

In the event an order is returned to sender for any reason ,the customer will receive a partial refund excluding shipping($20 USD) , handling ($25 USD) and processing ($10$) fee associated  with the order .
