Shipping Policy

Thank you for choosing to shop with us! We strive to provide a seamless and satisfactory shopping experience for all our customers. This policy outlines our shipping procedures, including delivery times, shipping methods, and related information.

Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 7-14 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. During peak seasons or promotional events, processing times may be slightly longer. We make every effort to fulfill orders as quickly as possible.

Shipping Time:

Shipping typically takes 3-6 Weeks . Orders will be shipped via International Standard Postal Service . 

Shipping Rates: Shipping rates are calculated based on the total weight of the products in your order, as well as the destination. The shipping cost will be displayed during the checkout process before you finalize your purchase. 

Order Tracking: Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number. This allows you to track the progress of your package through our carrier's website or tracking portal. Please note that it may take up to 14 business days for the tracking information to be sent via email to you.

Shipping Restrictions: While we are striving to one day provide worldwide shipping, currently we ship to The United States and Canada. 

Address Accuracy: Please ensure that you provide accurate and complete shipping information during checkout. We will not be held responsible for delays or delivery issues resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses. If you need to make changes to your shipping address after placing an order, please contact us immediately, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

Lost or Damaged Packages: While we take great care in packaging and handling your orders, unforeseen circumstances can occasionally result in lost or damaged packages during transit. If your package is lost or arrives in a damaged condition, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order, and we will work with you to resolve the issue. ANNIGRC is not responsible for damages incurred through the carrier's transit or US Custom's Inspections, however will process each claim on a case by case basis providing support not limited to: Filing a claim with the carrier, partial or full refunds.

In the event an order is returned to sender for any reason ,the customer will receive a partial refund excluding shipping, handling and processing fees  with the order
